Before you Begin your Session

We are thrilled to welcome you to Oracle Wellness.

For your session, please bring a towel and swimmers. You will be provided with slides, however towel hire is $5 if required.

To ensure your safety and the best possible experience, all clients are required to agree to a brief client waiver form through our online platform.

Before participating in our hot and cold therapy sessions, this helps us understand if there are any relevant health considerations and ensures you're fully informed about the benefits and risks of contrast therapy.

The form only takes a minute and is part of our commitment to create a safe, supportive environment for everyone.
